I’m Michelle Meza, founder of Anchor Law Firm. Before becoming an attorney, I served on active duty as a Navy Hospital Corpsman and spent more than a decade working as a Registered Nurse in emergency and critical care settings.

I have personally navigated the VA disability process, worked in unionized healthcare environments, and seen firsthand how employment, licensing, and administrative issues can affect a person's career and future. Those experiences shape my approach to practicing law and my commitment to providing practical guidance, clear communication, and thoughtful advocacy.

Service has been a guiding principle throughout my life—from military service, to nursing, to legal advocacy. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places, sharing adventures with my dog Lady Bird, discovering great food, and staying connected to the people and causes that matter most to me.
